In shooting photography or video, I try to capture the “truth” in every image. Sometimes, though, the fun can be in creating a bit of the fantastic. Either way, let’s try to make a profound impression on the viewer.

As you can see, I love to shoot people. I make them a partner in each project. I’m equally comfortable in the Executive Suite making the CEO look bold and confident, in the back yard waiting for the right, magic moment from a child, or in a factory capturing the hard work of a skilled craftsman. Models and actors looking to refresh and expand their portfolios have continued to have me give them a fresh look, too.

I generally work alone with minimal lighting, when possible. I have found that most people in front of a camera like to work quickly and with little commotion. I’m very easy-going and like to make the environment relaxed and fun. That always makes for better pictures.
